How We Do Conversions
Mid-drive systems (Bafang/ Truck run)
All bikes are washed and inspected for the conversion.
Cranks and bottom bracket (BB) are removed and cleaned out.
3D printed cups are placed inside of the BB to keep the motor system in place.
Once the motor has been placed through the BB, it will be fastened in place and wiring will be routed.
Motor specific cranks and chainrings will be tightened to the motor system.
Screen and speed sensors will be added to complete the system.
Thumb throttles will be fixed to handlebars (750W and 1000W specific).
All wiring is taped up or hidden as best as possible to keep your bike looking neat and clean.
Hub-drive systems (Bafang)
All bikes are washed and inspected for the conversion.
Rear or front wheels are removed from the bike and prepared for stripping.
Tires and tubes are removed.
All spokes and nipples are removed from the old wheel assembly.
Spokes are then cut to length and the wheel building process begins.
Once the motor has been built into the new rim, the wheel is then tested.
The motors controller is placed in the most appropriate position on the bike.
Screen and speed sensors will be added to complete the system.

Battery placement
